What is the estimated time for completing my order?

Our mission at Peachy + Co is to provide the quickest turn around time on all orders but please note that each Order we receive is made to order with the utmost love and care. Our current standard turnaround time is 7-10 business days for regular orders (such as cake toppers, name signs etc) & 2-3 weeks for all business & event signage. During peak periods the turn around time is subject to change, please keep an eye out on our homepage header as we regularly update it.

How long does shipping take? Do you provide delivery or pick-up?

All of our orders are created & dispatched from Brisbane (Qld) and are delivered by Australia Post. In addition to processing times, standard shipping with Australia Post can take 2-6 business days, while express shipping usually takes 1-4 business days (depending on location). We recommend looking at the Australia Post website for updated shipping times.

We do offer pick-up for all local customers. We currently have two locations in Morayfield & Brendale. To opt for local pick-up, please let us know at check out. Once your order is complete you will receive an email confirmation, please reply to organise a suitable collection time.

Do you accept rush orders?

Absolutely! Please get in contact with us via email to discuss your rush order needs. Please note that we cannot always guarantee that we can accept rush order requests, it depends on our current work load. A 'rush order fee' may also be applicable.

Do you create custom one-off pieces? What is the turn around time?

We absolutely do! Our website is only the beginning of what we can create - if you have something in mind that we don't have listed, please get in contact & lets create magic!

The process when creating custom pieces are much more indepth than a standard website order. From designing, colour matching, cutting & assembly - the process can take up to 3-4 weeks, depending on the size of order.

How do I see what acrylic colours you have available?

Please head to our footer menu on our website home page & click the 'colour chart' link or click here.

If you are looking for a different colour to suit your vision that isn't listed below, send us a email/DM on Instagram/Facebook & we will do our very best to bring your vision to life! 


What is the process when ordering Business signage?

At Peachy + Co we try to make the ordering process as easy as possible! Below we have listed the simple steps:

  1. Place your business order on our website
  2. Email your logo in the highest quality PNG, PDF or SVG format to If we require a different version of your logo, we will get in touch ASAP
  3. After your order & logo has been received, we will begin working on a draft for your approval. We recommend letting us know if you require any changes ASAP to ensure there are no added delays
  4. We begin creating your new business signage (YAY!)
  5. Your order is packed & sent via Australia Post to your address OR an email is sent confirming the pick-up location
  6. Your new Business Signage arrives & is ready to be displayed!


What information do you require to quote my Business signage?

- What material base do you require? (Acrylic, timber or unsure)

Please also attach your logo in PNG, PDF or SVG format.

We endeavour to respond within 1-3 business days.

Do you offer Afterpay for Business orders?

Yes we do! You have the option to choose Afterpay as your payment method at check-out.

Can you match the acrylic to our exact Business colours?

Unfortunately no. We don't create the acrylic ourselves, we have a range of colours available to order from our Suppliers & will always do our best to match the acrylic as close as possible to your logo colours. If you have any further questions about this, please don't hesitate to contact us!


Do you create custom cake toppers to match a theme?

We absolutely do! We create custom toppers ALL THE TIME. Get in touch with us with your theme & any ideas/inspo you have & we can create the topper of your dreams!

My event is next weekend & I forgot to order a topper. Do you offer express postage?

Yes we do! It is quite common for rush cake topper orders so please contact us ASAP to confirm we can accomodate an express order to meet your event date requirements.

Can you create custom signage to match my cake topper?
